Cancellation Policy
All cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will require a fee of 50% . This includes changing the appointment on arrival, rearranging to another day, cancelling some but not all of the treatments you had booked. 48 hours is from the time of your appointment for example if your treatment is on Thursday at 3pm you have until Tuesday 3pm to cancel without charge. 48 hours gives us sufficient time to be able to fill the appointment time that we now have empty. You can contact us via the salon landline, email, Facebook or Instagram message at any time of the day. If you cancel or rearrange using the online booking system and it's within 48 hours you automatically forfeit your booking fee.
When a booking fee has been paid for an appointment that has been cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice the booking fee will automatically go onto your account as a credit to use at a later date. If you would like to have a refund you must contact us directly.
Booking Fee
All appointments require a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment.
If you book online via our online booking system this will be taken at the time of booking.
When booking in the salon, if your appointment is within 7 days payment will be taken at the time of booking. If the booking is more than 7 days in advance you will receive an email with a link to pay online.
Failure to complete the payment may result in your appointment being cancelled.
Privacy Policy
This is Azalea Beauty Salon’s privacy policy, we are located at 23 Market Square Sandy Bedfordshire SG19 1JA and you can email us at info@azaleabeautysalon.co.uk. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you and why we collect it.
What Information Do We Need?
We need your contact details, your: name, phone number and email address. We will also need information about your health in order for a treatment to go ahead.
Why Do We Need It, How Will We Use It and How Long Will We Retain It?
We need all the details above in order to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments you may ask for and also for insurance purposes. We will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment, or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place. Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not we cannot offer you a treatment at Azalea Beauty Salon. You must fulfil your side of the contract (share your personal information) in order for us to fulfil ours (carry out treatment). Your mobile number and email address will be used to send confirmations of your booked appointments as well as reminders.
Marketing
We would also like to send you information about the products and services we offer using the information you have shared with us, but you do not have to agree to this for treatment to go ahead. If you agree to being contacted for marketing purposes, you may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us at info@azaleabeautysalon.co.uk or calling us on 01767 691467.
Will We Share Your Information?
We will not share your information with anyone outside of Azalea Beauty Salon. Your data is stored with an external company (Zenoti) this is encrypted and not used other than for our use.
Stored Cards On Your Account.
We don’t request you save a card on your account and we would never do this without your consent. Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to process your payment through Vagaro which we will need to save your card to do so. You have complete control over your saved cards on your Vagaro account which can be accessed here https://www.vagaro.com/azaleabeautysalon if you login in you can view all your stored details and update them here including deleting, saving or updated your stored cards. We do not charge your card without your consent.
CCTV
CCTV is in operation at all times throughout the salon. There are 3 cameras which can be shown to you on request. No cameras are in any areas that you may need to get changed for a treatment. They have been installed for the safety of the staff and clients whilst at Azalea Beauty Salon. If you need copies or to view the CCTV please send any reasonable requests to info@azaleabeautysalon.co.uk or 23 Market Square Sandy Bedfordshire SG19 1JA. All applications will be considered and a full explanation given if the application isn’t accepted.
Who Can I Complain To If I Feel You Are Not Handling My Data Correctly
